He was incredibly responsive and communicative, checked in regularly, and always made sure I was improving safely. When I dealt with injuries (a shoulder issue and calf issue), he immediately adapted my programming, walked me through targeted rehab movements, and helped me recover without losing momentum.
Because of him, I didn’t just change my body composition — I changed my relationship with the gym. I learned the fundamentals, built confidence with every lift, and developed habits that will stay with me long after our sessions.

“Jason coached both my husband and I during one of the most crucial years to date (January 2025 - January 2026) - the year leading up to our wedding. I was one of those people who was dead set on running was going to be the way I lost all my weight before our big day & I was glad to be proven wrong.
Jason coached us through all of our milestones - by conditioning our bodies to completing a half marathon in June 2025 and getting us in shape for our wedding by the end of January 2026. My now husband and I had completely different goals at the gym - his was to gain muscle and mine was to aggressively lose weight while maintaining muscle. Jason was able to train us both & quickly adapted as issues arose such as unforeseen injuries or soreness from how eager we were to see results.
During my weight loss journey, I was on an aggressive calorie deficit while strength training and managing 10k steps daily. To maintain this diet for 6 months was definitely a challenge, especially as we were trying to hit PRs in the gym. Jason is the type of coach who truly cares, he would regularly check in with me to see how I was feeling both mentally & physically and knew the days where I had a little more in the tank to give.
