“Wanted to say one more thank you for everything you have taught me over the past year - I’m the happiest I’ve ever been and I genuinely think it’s because of my physical health. It changes EVERYTHING. You’re the best. Thank you thank you thank you!”
"Hey wanted to tell you how happy I am with my strength training program. Stronger arms, shoulders, glutes, back and legs are really keeping me motivated. Almost 63 and I feel great!”
“Been wanting to tell you that I feel like I’m already seeing results with your coaching. Really ramping down the running and focusing on strength training feels like it’s getting me stronger and I’m feeling slightly slimmer too. Feels fast, but the tank I wore today did not fit well a few weeks ago.”
“Just wanna say like literally everything in my life is better because of this fitness routine I’m doing.”
You don’t need more rules or overly complex solutions that you can’t stick to. Instead, you need fewer moving parts. Together we will focus on the SIMPLEST changes that yield the most meaningul results.
Motivation, will power, and discipline are limited resources. They do NOT last. Good, reliable systems do. Together we will build UNBREAKABLE SYSTEMS that stand the test of life’s craziest challenges so you can stay on track no matter what.
How many times have you said you were going to do this but never did? Can you even trust yourself anymore? Are you REALLY the person you say you are? From now on, you WILL do the things you’ve always said you would do.
The process won’t work if you don’t truly understand it. I will teach you how to coach yourself, so you don’t have rely on me forever. The goal is OWNERSHIP, not dependency.
I started my career in finance. As time went I slowly started negotiating away my health and fitness. Long, exhausting days at the office made it a challenge to stick to any kind of routine. I was moving increasingly less while eating out and drinking increasingly more. My body, my confidence, and my happiness were slowly deteriorating. I looked around at many of my older colleagues. They were all in their 40s but looked like they were in their 60s. They were overweight, stressed, and exhausted. I felt myself becoming more and more like them every day and realized that I was destined for the same fate if I did not make a change right there. So, I decided to take a leap. I quit, took time off to focus on my health, and decided I wanted to help others do the same.
